I seem to be getting very stressed lately. I need to destress, otherwise I think I'm liable to have a panic attack. That's happened to me once, but it was a long time ago. That was unpleasant.

You know what a good destresser is? You go and lock yourself in your cabin for a couple hours with some chocolate, tissues and a romance novel and have a good cry....
